Fun-loving and family-run events and exhibition furniture hire company, Europa International wishes to communicate its creative and quirky brand across its social media platforms, online content and media relations activity.
The firm, which has been servicing the events and exhibition industry for 57 years across the UK and Europe, seeks to increase awareness of its products and customer-focused service both online and within the industry trade publications.
MK was approached in 2016 by Europa International’s Events and Marketing Manager to manage the firm’s social media platforms, online content and media relations activity with the view to promote the range of products offered by Europa International, whilst drawing users’ curiosity to the feed and reflecting the brand’s playful image.
MK worked to establish a social media programme; identifying new #hashtags, events and exhibition publications and event professionals to target on Twitter.
Within this social media programme MK ensures that the Twitter profile is populated with 3 x tweets per day, and that one Pinterest board per month is created that reflects the brand’s image and tone of voice.
MK was also instructed to review and amend the website content.
To further increase industry awareness of Europa International and its services MK was instructed to create editorial copy for trade publications that Europa’s target audience engage with, while also communicating new appointments and contracts to key press.
Europa International’s twitter profile has seen an increase in followers, engagement and impressions since the beginning of the campaign in 2016.
